Professionals from Buffalo Environmental have developed a close working relationship with NYSDEC officials during the management and development of a multitude of projects. Daily contact with NYSDEC personnel, in particular the Department of Regulatory Affairs (DRA) is required to insure that the wide range of projects being developed and managed by BECI maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Our highly qualified Regulatory Compliance Specialists recognize the fundamental importance of effective communication with DEC officials throughout the permitting process.

We have submitted and had accepted by the NYSDEC numerous documents, which provide for responsible professional investigations and evaluations with the cost effectiveness always a high-ranking priority.

At first glance, one would assume that the current maze of overlapping environmental regulations would greatly restrict the flexibility of choices that consultants would greatly restrict the flexibility of choices that consultants can offer their clients.  Regulatory requirements do govern any and all environmental decisions.  But with any complex regulatory structure, the success or failure of your project depends on the skill of the consultant to choose and implement the current interpretation of the regulations, and if needed, apply for the specific variances, which all you to achieve the special care
