BECI's corporate organizational scheme is one of the most important factors contributing to client satisfaction and our continued success. The intent of our management structure is to insure that services are performed by qualified individuals with extensive experience relevant to the specific area of work. This is achieved through extensive evaluation of project requirements and corresponding technical expertise.
All projects are conducted in accordance with procedures developed to insure efficient and effective project management. Each project is assigned to a Project manager and Principal Scientist who are responsible for maintaining the required professional quality from project initiation to completion. Each has demonstrated exemplary technical, project management and report writing skills. Field investigations are conducted under their direct supervision.
Every proposal and report must undergo rigorous technical review by two people, and at least one must be a Principal with credentials and experience relevant to the subject matter. Following this level of technical review, the proposal or report must ultimately obtain the final approval of both Presidents prior to distribution.
