AFI Environmental, an employee-owned and employee-managed consulting firm, was founded over 20 years ago. We provide consulting, engineering and inspection services in the environmental, geotechnical, solid waste and recycling fields. AFI employs engineers, scientists  and technicians. Our consulting engineering capabilities include Phase 1 and Phase 2 property assessments, asbestos inspections and abatement, lead paint risk assessment and abatement, US ACOE wetlands and floodplain delineations and permits, site explorations, air, soil, and groundwater testing, analysis, remediation design, demolition and drilling operations.
Since our founding in 1984, AFI has completed thousands of successful projects and over 75 percent of those projects have been repeat business from satisfied clients or from referrals.
